2015: Started all 24 games for the Zips registering eight goals and three assists on 26 shots, including 10 on goal...recorded game-winning goal in a 2-1 regular season triumph over Buffalo (Oct. 9)...added goal in 4-0 victory past Northern Illinois (Oct. 17)...notched first career hat trick scoring three goals, while adding an assist, in a 4-1 win versus Michigan State (Oct. 21)...added assists against Saint Louis (Sept. 11), and West Virginia (Oct. 28)...registered game-winning goal in 1-0 Zips’ triumph versus Buffalo (Nov.15) in the Mid-American Conference Tournament championship game en route to earning MAC All-Tournament accolades...helped spark Akron to 6-1 victory over No. 23 Rutgers (Nov. 22) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament with a goal...netted goal in Zips’ 3-2 double-overtime win against No. 3 Creighton (Dec. 5) in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament...named by TopDrawerSoccer.com to its National Team of the Week (Oct. 26) as well as for its Goal of the Week (Nov. 17)...finished 68th in the NCAA in goals (8)...ranked fourth in the MAC in game-winning goals (3), fifth in goals (8), seventh in points (19) and ninth in goals per game (0.33)...in league-only affairs, rated second in game-winning goals (1), third in goals (2) and goals per game (0.40), fifth in points (5) and points per contest (1.00) and eighth in assists (1)...a MAC Distinguished Scholar and academic All-MAC honoree.
2014: Started all 17 matches in which he appeared in recording a goal on 18 shots, including five on goal...tabbed a second-team All-Mid-American Conference selection as well as being named to the MAC All-Tournament squad...named a first-team All-Ohio honoree by Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association...selected as an Academic All-MAC and MAC Distinguished Scholar-Athlete recipient...connected on a penalty kick for a goal in a 3-0 victory over Tulsa...registered a season-high three shots in a 1-0 regular season triumph past Bowling Green...added two shots apiece versus Michigan State, Western Michigan and Cleveland State.
2013: Made an instant impact, starting all 22 games at defensive midfield...helped lead one of the best defensive units in the country...contributed to nine shutouts, including six in an eight-game stretch from Sept. 21 to Oct. 23...among the Zips’ shutout victims during that run were No. 15 Wake Forest (Oct. 15) and No. 17 Michigan State (Oct. 23)...helped limit Akron opponents to one or fewer goals in 19 of 22 games.
PRIOR TO AKRON: Developed in Corinthians prestigious youth academy for 10 years...captain of Corinthians Youth National Championship squad in 2009.
