2015-16: Outdoor: Member of winning 4x400 relay at the Mid-American Conference Championships (May 14) to earn first-team All-MAC accolades...member 4x400 relay squad which set a school record at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 28) with a time of 3:06.80...finished fourth in the 400 meters (47.74) at the MAC Championships (May 14)...posted six top-10 efforts in the 400 meters, including a season-best time of 47.18 in the preliminaries at the MAC Championship (May 13)...finished sixth in the 200 meters at the Ashland Alumni Open (April 30) in 22.38...Indoor: Member of winning 4x400 relay squad at the Mid-American Conference Championships which crossed the line in 3:07.58 to garner first-team All-MAC accolades...placed fourth in the 400 meters at the MAC Championships in season-best time of 47.31...registered seven top-five efforts in the 400 meters, including winning in 47.55 at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 5).

2014-15: Indoor: Captured the title in the 400 meters at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Feb. 28) in 49.23, as well as anchoring the winning 4x400 relay that crossed the line in 3:17.44 to clinch the league’s indoor title for the Zips…finished first in the 400 meters at the Kent State Dual (Jan. 16), Penn State National (Jan. 31), Zips Invitational (Feb. 20) and MAC Championship…posted a season-low time of 47.04 in the 400 meters at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 20), which also marked the second-fastest time in program history…placed fourth in the 200 meters at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 7)…member of winning 4x400 relays teams at Akron Pole Vault Convention (Jan. 9), Kent State Dual (Jan. 16), Penn State National (Jan. 31), Akron Invitational (Feb. 7) and MAC Championship...Outdoor: An NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier in the 400 meters as well as the 4x400 relay...ran the fastest time in program history in the 400 meters (46.40) at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 29) finishing 16th...member of school-record setting 4x400 relay squad that fell two spots shy of reaching the NCAA Championship crossing the line in 3:07.33 at the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 30) to place 14th...garnered a runner-up performance at the MAC Championship (May 16) placing second in the 400 meters in 46.91...won the 400 meters at the Mt. Sac Relays (April 17) in 46.68, while finishing second in the event at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 2), Beach Invitational (April 18) and MAC Championship...member of winning 4x400 relays at Northeast Ohio Quad (April 2) and Longhorn Invitational (May 2) in 3:18.03 and 3:07.60...twice ran in the 200 meters.

2013-14: Indoor: member of the Zips 4x400 relay team that finished runner up at the MAC Championships (March 1), running a school-record time of 3:11.30 ... also scored in the 400m, running a season-low time of 48.07 ... won the 400m at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 21) with a mark of 48.13 and at the SPIRE D1 Invitational (Feb. 14), coming in at 48.52 ... Outdoor: NCAA preliminary qualifier in the 400m ... placed 19th at the prelim (May 30) with a school-record breaking time of 46.74 ... it was the third-fastest time recorded in the MAC in 2014 and was seventh hundredths of a second faster than James Howell's seven-year school record (46.81) ... was also a member of the school-record setting runner-up 4x400 relay team that registered a time of 3:09.88 at the MAC Championships (May 17) ... also placed third in the 400m with a time of 46.87.

at Mt. Healthy HS: All-state runner and all-conference runner of the year as a senior ... was the state runner up in the 400-meters as a senior, running 47.89 - which was a school record ... also recorded top times of 11.0 in the 100m and 21.9 in the 200m ... member of two school-record setting relay teams; 4x200 (1:27.3) and 4x400 (3:19.3) ... was also a two-time all-conference first team honoree on the football team ... also lettered one year in basketball and wrestling.
