AKRON, Ohio - The Akron swimming and diving team returns to Oliver J. Ocasek Natatorium to host Pittsburgh and Mid-American Conference foe Miami (OH) on Saturday, November 8, at 1 p.m.
The Zips are 1-0 in head-to-head competitions this season after defeating Eastern Michigan 110-70 on the road on October 31. Akron finished with 13 event wins, while Eastern won five.
Pittsburgh is 2-0 in head-to-head competitions this season, with wins over Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne.
Miami is 1-3 this season in head-to-head competitions with losses to Northwestern, Cincinnati and Bowling Green, while defeating Southern Illinois. The Redhawks are set to host Northern Kentucky on Friday, November 7, before traveling to the Rubber City.
