AKRON, Ohio - The 13th-rated University of Akron rifle squad registered a 4692-4554 triumph past Mount Aloysius on Saturday (Nov. 22) at Robert A. Pinn Shooting Range.

Senior Natalia Siek (Flemington, N.J.) continued to lead the team in the smallbore a 589 mark to earn top-gun honors at the match. Rounding out the top three for Akron was senior Rachael Paddock (Perry, N.Y.) and freshman Kathleen Moran (Buffalo, N.Y.) with marks of 585 and 584, respectively.

Siek continued to pound the center with her air rifle and posted a top-gun-winning mark of 595. Moran, redshirt senior Joey Hahn (Middle Grove, N.Y.) and freshman Matthew Kimball (Pineville, La.) added marks of 593, 591 and 590, respectively.

Akron returns to competition traveling to Morgantown, W.Va., to battle West Virginia on Jan. 17, 2026.
