Zips Travel to Buffalo for Conference Dual

AKRON, Ohio - The Akron swim and dive team will travel to Buffalo for a conference dual meet on Saturday, Janaury 18.
The Zips were previously in the City of Good Neighbors to compete in the Buffalo Diving Invitational.
In the 1-meter final, Elizabeth Noble led the Zips with a third-place finish with a score of 263.85 while Laurel Smith finished fourth with a score of 261.60. Smith also placed third in the platform diving event with a score of 214.85.
Akron also saw action in a dual meet at Duquesne where the Zips where victorious 257-117. The Blue and Gold took first in 16 of the 20 events hosted by the Dukes.Â
