Swimming & Diving Unveils 2024-25 Schedule

AKRON, Ohio - The defending Mid-American Conference champions Akron women's swimming & diving team has announced its 2024-25 season which features four home events at the Oliver J. Ocasek Natatorium.
Akron opens the season at home with the Zips Classic from October 11- 12.
The Zips return to the Ocasek Natatorium to battle Bowling Green on November 1 for a dual meet. Akron hosts one more meet in 2024 with the Zippy Invitational running from December 5-8. The Blue and Gold host one home event in 2025 as the Zips battle Ball State on January 31 in a dual meet.
Akron will travel to the Magnus Cup Invitational (Nov. 21-23), Duquesne (Jan. 10), Buffalo Diving Invite (Jan. 10-12), Buffalo (Jan. 18) and the Tim Welsh Classic (Jan. 24-25).
The MAC Championships are set for February 26 through March 1 and will be hosted by Buffalo.
The NCAA Diving Zones are set for February 10-15 at Ohio State while the NIC Swimming Championships will be March 13-15 in Ocala, Fla. The NCAA National Championships are slated for March 19-22, hosted at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatics Center in Federal Way, Washington.
