Klintemar Sets School & MAC Record in 100 Fly at NCAA Championships

ATLANTA, Ga. - Felicia Klintemar and Claire Cox represented the University of Akron swim and dive program at the 2026 NCAA Championships on Thursday, March 19.
Klintemar set a school and Mid-American Conference record in the 100 fly prelims on Thursday as she earned All-American status. She became the first swimmer in the MAC and Akron to post a sub-51 second time (50.89) while placing ninth. She placed first in her heat.Â
Cox placed 41st in the 100 breast with a time of 1:00.62.
Klintemar is back in the pool on Saturday, March 21, when she competes in the 200 IM.
