AKRON, Ohio – The Akron golf team wraps up the Fall schedule on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 9-10 at the Rocket Classic hosted by Toledo at the Par-72, 5,979-yard Catawba Island Club in Port Clinton, Ohio. Par-72, 5,979 yards.
The Format
The tournament will utilize a play-5/count-4 format with 36-holes of continuous play on Monday, Oct. 9. The final 18-hole round is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 10 as both days feature a shotgun start at 9 a.m.

Toledo (host), Akron, Bethune-Cookman, Dayton, Lindenwood and Ohio.

Akron's Starting Five
Akron's starting five includes seniors Jessica Hahn (Canton, Ohio) and Abbi Fleiner (Reno, Nev.), Junior Daphne van Son (Vlijmen, Netherlands), sophomores Hridhika Vora (Mumbai, Maharashtra) and Avery Wright (Jackson, Ohio). Freshman Katrin Horn Danielsdottir (Reykjavik, Iceland) will compete as an individual.
