AKRON, Ohio – The Akron Zips women's swimming and diving team will be back in action on Saturday, March 27, hosting a dual meet against Bowling Green at the University of Akron Ocasek Natatorium at 1 p.m. on Senior Day.

In relation to current COVID-19 advisories and protocols, the meet will be closed to the public and scheduled to stream live by Zips Digital Network on GoZips.com.

Prior to the meet, head coach Brian Peresie and the Akron Zips Swimming and Diving program is scheduled to recognize its 2020-21 graduating seniors, Andrea Bugariu, Annie Lochridge, Megan Nugent, and Ally Wharton.

The Zips and the Falcons last met in a dual meet on Jan. 31, 2019 at Ocasek Natatorium. Akron won 140-100. Prior to that meeting, the two teams went head-to-head on Jan. 23, 2015, where Akron won, 167-132.
