SAAC Delivers Food from “Cram the cROOzer” to Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank

AKRON, Ohio– Members of the University of Akron's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, along with the UA Police Department and the Summit Federal Credit Union, made a special delivery to the Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank on Monday.
The group dropped off non-perishable food items and toiletries collected during their fourth annual "Cram the cROOzer" event, collected at home men's and women's basketball games in November.
This year's donation was the equivalent of 255 meals for area families.
