Akron to Host Watch Party For Zips' Showdown at Stanford

AKRON, Ohio – Akron Athletics will host a watch party for the Zips' men's soccer NCAA Tournament showdown versus Stanford on Friday, Nov. 30, at James A. Rhodes Arena.
The watch party will begin at 8:30 p.m. with the match starting at 9 p.m. The contest is being broadcast on the Pac-12 Network and will be displayed on the video board inside James A. Rhodes Arena.
Admission to the watch party and parking are free and open to all fans. Concessions and a bar will be available with cash or credit. An inflatable bounce house will be set up inside the arena for kids. The bounce house will close at halftime. While seating in the bleachers and chair backs are available, fans may bring a chair if they so choose.
The fourth-ranked Zips (13-6-2) will face ninth-seeded and No. 2 Stanford (12-3-5) in a quarterfinal tilt on Friday in Palo Alto, Calif.
