Swimming and Diving Announces 2016 Summer Clinic Schedule

AKRON, Ohio -- The three-time Mid-American Conference champion Akron swimming and diving team will be hosting the Zips Advanced Summer Swim Clinic on Tuesday, May 31, through Thursday, June 16 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The camp is open to boys and girls ages 9-17.
The MAC Championship team and staff will provide individualized attention, stroke analysis and swim techniques. The camp includes a daily stroke lecture focusing on one stroke per day, start and turn instruction, drills, video analysis and dry-land exercises.
It is required that participants be able to swim 25 yards of each of the four competitive strokes.
The cost is $120 per clinic, due at the time of registration. Deadline for registration is May 25.

All participants must have a signed waiver for the clinics. If completing an online registration form, participants must provide the signed waiver by the start of the first clinic. If submitting the registration form by mail, the waiver is included along with the registration form within the brochure.
