Special Info for Saturday's Basketball Doubleheader

- The University of Akron men's and women's basketball teams
will host a doubleheader on Saturday at Rhodes Arena, with the
women scheduled to face the Ball State women's squad at 5 p.m. ET
and the men set to take on the Ball State men at 7:30 p.m. Both
games will be televised live on SportsTime Ohio.
Parking Advisory for Saturday's Athletics
Events
All Akron men's basketball season ticket holders and those who have previously purchased a ticket for Saturday's men's game are welcome to use that ticket for entry to the women's game at no additional charge (all seating is general admission). Additionally, any fan who purchases a ticket before halftime of the women's game will also be permitted to sit in a general admission seat for the men's game. After halftime of the women's contest, fans will have to purchase a full price men's ticket.
Men's general admission tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for youth (age 3-14), while women's prices are $6 and $4.
Tickets for Akron basketball can be purchased by phone at 1-888-99-AKRON (25766), online anytime at GoZips.com/tickets, or in person at the Akron Athletics Ticket Office at InfoCision Stadium - Summa Field (located at 375 E. Exchange Street, near Gate 1 at the southwest corner of the venue, at the intersection of E. Exchange and S. Union streets), Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Also, patrons of the Z-Fund's Tommy Evans Lounge should be aware of a special schedule for Saturday. The lounge will be open to all women's basketball fans one hour prior to tip off, but will not be open at halftime of that game due to pre-game setup for the men's contest. At the conclusion of the women's game, the lounge will open for normal men's basketball pre-game programming.
Season ticket holders with Lot 2, Lot 4, Lot 8, Lot 13 and Arena/Circle parking passes will be able to gain access to those parking areas prior to and during both games.
