Akron at Youngstown State Baseball Game Postponed

AKRON, Ohio - The University of Akron has announced that the baseball contest between the Zips (9-26) and the Youngstown State Penguins (17-23) scheduled for 7 p.m. (EDT) Tuesday, has been postponed until Wednesday afternoon because of rain throughout Northeast Ohio. UA and YSU will meet at 1 p.m. at Eastwood Field in Youngstown, Ohio.

Akron and Youngstown State have already played once this season, with the Penguins winning the contest on April 4 at Lee Jackson Field, 6-3. The Zips are coming off of their first conference series win, taking two of three games from Bowling Green State this past weekend.
