2019 Outdoor: Competed in three meets for the Zips...posted a season-best time of 18:42.95 in the 5,000 meters at the Jesse Owens Classic (April 26), while placing fourth in 18:45.41 at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 5)...registered a season-best time of 11:05.36 in the 3,000 meters to finish second at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 4).

2019 Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Zips...placed fourth in the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 18:04.49 at the Doug Raymond Invitational (Feb. 9)...registered a season-best time of 10:42.53 in the 3,000 meters to finish sixth at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 25)...crossed the line in 5:24.43 in the mile at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 15).

2018 Cross Country: Competed in four of six races for Akron...placed 84th with a time of 23:20.50 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Oct. 27)...recorded a season-best 6K time of 23:07.1 (59th) to help the Zips earn the team title at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29)...finished 19th in a time of 18:54.8 to also contribute to a team championship at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 8)...added a time of 19:36.7 (53rd) at the John McNichols Invitational (Sept. 15).
