2020 CROSS COUNTRY: Earned First-Team All-MAC honors after finishing fifth at the MAC Championships in a time of 21:09.0...won the 6K at the Tommy Evans Invitational in a time of 22:12.

2020 INDOOR: Competed in six meets for the Zips, including running on the fifth-place distance medley relay squad and placing eighth in the mile and 14th in the 3,000 meters at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-29)...recorded a career-best time of 4:55.72 en route to finishing eighth in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 29)...posted three top-10 efforts in the mile and a pair in the 3,000 meters...crossed the line in a season- and career-best time of 9:59.80 in the 3,000 meters at the Grand Valley State Big Friday meet (Feb. 14)...won the mile in 5:01.53 at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 24), while placing in the 800 meters in 2:16.14...was fourth in the mile at the Penn State National (Feb. 1) in 4:55.98.

2019 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six races for Akron, including earning second-team all-conference accolades placing eighth in a time of 22:07.3 at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Nov. 2)...registered a time of 21:59.7 (77th) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 15)...recorded a career-best 6K time of 21:45.1 to place 41st at the Penn State National (Oct. 18)...crossed the line third in a time of 22:10.4 to help the Zips share the Division I title at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28)...posted a time of 18:36.2 (12th) to contribute to Akron winning the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 7)...also added a time of 17:31.15 (18th) at the Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Oct. 4).

2019 OUTDOOR: Competed in eight meets for the Zips, including sixth in the 1,500 meters and 15th in the 5,000 meters at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships (May 11)...posted four top-10 efforts in the 1,500 meters, including winning the race in a season-best time of 4:34.13 at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 4)...recorded a season-best time of 2:15.52 in the 800 meters at the Jesse Owens Classic (April 27), while finishing fourth in the race at the Roadrunner Invitational (March 23) crossing the line in 2:16.25...ran a season-best time of 17:07.68 to place fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 19), while winning the event with a time of 17:27.53 at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 5)...ran on sixth-place distance medley and 4x800 relays at the Texas Relays (March 29-30).

2019 INDOOR: Competed in six meets for the Zips, including running on the winning distance medley relay squad which ran a school-record time of 11:37.61 at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 22)...posted a pair of victories as part of five overall top-10 performances in the mile...placed eighth in the mile at the MAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23) with a season-best time of 4:57.51...ran times of 4:59.45 and 5:00.72, respectively, to capture the mile at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 25) and Zips Invitational (Feb. 15)...recorded a season-best time of 10:07.10 in the 3,000 meters at the Jim Green Invitational (Jan. 12), while also placing second in 10:23.43 at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 15).

2018 OUTDOOR: Appeared in six meets for Akron, including placing 16th in the 1,500 meters at the Mid-American Conference Championships (May 10) crossing the line in 4:48.03...recorded a season-best time of 4:37.79 in the 1,500 meters to finish fifth at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 5), while also running on the runner-up 4x400 relay...won the 1,500 meters in 4:45.97 at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 7).

2018 INDOOR: Competed in seven meets for the Zips, including running on the distance medley relay squad at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 23)...registered a trio of top-10 efforts in the mile, including winning the event with a season-best time of 5:03.53 at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 16)...crossed the line in 5:12.21 in the mile at the MAC Championships (Feb. 24)...placed second in the mile with a time of 5:18.05 at the Akron Pole Vault Convention (Jan. 7), while earning a runner-up showing in the 5,000 meters at the Kent State Dual (Jan. 19) crossing the line in 10:33.56.

2017 CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in all six races for the Zips and finished 70th at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Oct. 28) with a time of 22:57.3...crossed the line in 22:57 (130th) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10)...turned in a season-best time of 22:45 (103rd) at the Penn State National (Oct. 13)...opened her season with a time of 18:43.4 to place 14th at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 7)...added efforts of 23:03.3 (33rd) and 23:20.1 (86th) at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (Sept. 15) and All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29).
