2020 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Zips, including running on the third-place distance medley relay squad and placing 10th in the mile in 4:21.45 at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 28-29)...registered a career- and season-best time of 4:13.74 to place fourth in the mile at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 8)...posted a career- and season-best time of 8:32.61 in the 3,000 meters at the Penn State National (Feb. 1)...finished fifth in the 3,000 meters crossing the line in 8:46.28 at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 24)...member of winning distance medley relay squad at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 7).
2019 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Zips, including recording a time of 26:32.8 (34th) at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Nov. 2)...posted a time of 26:49.1 to finish 53rd as part of a team title for Akron in Division I at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28)...recorded five personal-best times on the campaign...turned in a season-best 12th-place performance at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 7) in a time of 20:18.1 to help the Zips to a team title...finished 80th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 15) on the strength of a career-best 10K time of 32:17.9...also recorded times of 26:49.1 (53rd), 25:31.47 (65th) and 27:23.4 (83rd) at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28), Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Oct. 4) and Penn State National (Oct. 18).
2019 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for the Zips...registered a season-best time of 1:55.60 in the 800 meters to place fourth at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (May 4)...recorded a season-best time of 4:00.30 in the 1,500 meters at the Roadrunner Invitational (March 23)...finished fourth and eighth, respectively, in the 5,000 meters at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 5) and Jesse Owens Classic (April 26) crossing the line in 15:20.58 and 15:36.72.
2019 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Zips, including earning second-team all-conference accolades as a member of the runner-up distance medley relay squad at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 22)...posted times of 1:56.35 and 4:18.81, respectively, to place seventh and ninth in the 800 meters and mile at the MAC Championships (Feb. 23)...finished second in a season-best time of 8:38.61 in the 3,000 meters at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2)...crossed the line in a season-best time of 4:18.57 in the mile at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 15).
