as a Redshirt Senior (2006):
• Third in the 800 meters (2:07.27) and fifth in the mile (PRof 4:57.35) at the MAC Indoor Championships. Also ran the openingleg of the second-place distance medley relay unit (11:50.16).
• Posted a personal-best and NCAA provisional qualifying timeof 2:07.03 in winning the 800m at the Sykes-Sabok Challenge.
• Tabbed Academic All-MAC following the indoor season. as aSenior (2005):
• NCAA indoor provisional qualifier in the 800 meters.
• Second-team all-league and Academic All-MAC selectionduring indoor season
• Personal-best time of 2:07.69 in the 800 at the VirginiaTech Last Chance Meet.
• Had five times under 2:11.00 in the 800 during indoors.
• Placed second behind teammate and All-American BeataRudzinska in the 800 at the MAC Indoor Championships. Placed thirdin the mile run at that meet with a personal-best time of4:58.42.
• All-Ohio Champion in the 800 meters with a time of 2:10.42.Also ran a leg on the victorious distance medley relay quartet thatset a track-record time of 11:55.53.
• Earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Outdoor Championships inthe 1,500m on the strength of her personal-best time of 4:23.26(Duke Invite, April 9). It marked first appearance at the nationallevel. Entered the meet holding the 23rd seed and did not make itto the finals after clocking 4:33.69 in the preliminary, placing26th.
• Placed seventh at the NCAA regional meet in the 1500. Alsoqualified in the 800m and 4x400m relay.
• First-team all-league and Academic All-MAC selection duringoutdoor season. Also tabbed All-Academic by U.S. Track and FieldCross Country Assoc. and second-team All-Academic District IV.
• Finished second in the 800m at the MAC outdoor meet. Alsoran the third leg of the 4x400m relay (3:41.75), which set theschool record. Joined by Deanna Caldwell, Beata Rudzinska and CarolHolmes on that unit which finished fourth.
• Earned the coach's award following the cross countryseason
• Placed sixth at the 2004 MAC CC Championships, earning afirst-team All-MAC slot. Also named Academic All-MAC .
as a Junior (2004):
• NCAA Regional qualifier in the 800 meters
• Third in the 800 meters at the MAC outdoor meet clocking aseason-best 2:08.23
• Ran the third leg on the 1,600-meter relay squad that justmissed a school record at the Texas Relays. The quartet broke thetape in 3:44.65, placing fifth in the preliminary round.
• Ran the second leg on the school-record setting 3,200-meterrelay team. That group timed in at 9:09.80 to place sixth at theadidas Raleigh Relays
• Had the fastest UA time in the 400 (56.90-Black SquirrelClassic) during the indoor season, but missed the majority of thecampaign due to injury . Earned a medical redshirt.
• Earned Academic All-MAC accolades for the 2003 crosscountry season • Never placed out of the top-20 during thecross country season.
• Finished 16th at the 2003 MAC Championships.
as a Sophomore (2003):
• Ran a leg on the school-record setting 1,600-meter relaysquad at the NCAA Mideast Regionals (3:44.51).
• Also part of the school-record sprint medley relay quartet(3:54.92-Icebreaker Open).
• Finished second in the 800 at the MAC OutdoorChampionships. Also part of the fifth-place 1,600-meter relaysquad.
• Earned USTFCCA Academic All-America honor during theoutdoor season.
• Finished second in the 800-meters at the MAC indoormeet.
• Named Academic All-MAC during the indoor campaign.
• Had her best CC finish of 2002 at the Miami Fall Classic,placing 23rd (19:37.11).
as a Freshman (2002):
• Took third in the indoor 800 at the Central CollegiateChampionship with a season-best time of 2:15.26.
• Won the indoor 400 with the top UA time of the year (58.80)at the BGSU Quad .
• Ran an outdoor best of 2:10.70 in the 800 at Pomona.
• Named cross country's `Outstanding Newcomer' in the fall of2001.
