as a Senior (2012-13): Cross Country... competed in three races ... was the Zips second runner (seventh overall) at the Tommy Evans Invitational (20:55) ... also placed 16th overall at the Buffalo Stampede (25:59.3) ... Indoor... finished third in the mile at the Zips Open (Feb. 15) with a personal-record time of 4:15.00 ... also placed third in the 3,000-meters (9:21.55) ...
