Erika Kinsey is in her third season assisting the Akron Track and Field program with the jumping events.
An accomplished collegiate and professional high jumper, Kinsey placed seventh in the high jump at the 2019 Indoor European Championships representing her home country of Sweden. She has attained a world No. 8 ranking (March 2019) in the event.
Kinsey owns a high jump personal best of 6-5.5 (1.97m) and a long jump personal best of 21-2.25 (6.46m) and was a Division II National Champion at the University of Central Missouri.
Kinsey is married to former Zip decathlon All-American, Daniel Kinsey.
