2019 Outdoor: Competed in five meets for the Zips, including placing 13th in the 10,000 meters in a time 38:35.58 at the Mid-American Conference Outdoor Championships (May 9)...registered a season-best time of 17:32.77 en route to finishing second in the 5,000 meters at the Northeast Ohio Quad (April 5)...crossed the line in a season-best time of 4:46.39 in the 1,500 meters at the Beach Invitational (April 20), while running a season-low time of 37:01.51 in the 10,000 meters to finish fifth at the Gina Relays (April 26).

2019 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Zips, including running the 5,000 meters in 18:12.68 at the Mid-American Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 22)...finished second in the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 10:08.94 at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 25)...registered a season-best time of 17:36.75 to win the 5,000 meters at the Doug Raymond Invitational (Feb. 9)...placed fifth in the mile 5:06.35 at the Zips Invitational (Feb. 15).

2018 Cross Country: Competed in all six races for the Zips...earned an eighth-place showing as part of a team championship at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 8) crossing the line in 18:36.8...helped the Zips to another team title at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 29) with a season-best 6K time of 22:08.2 (18th)...posted a time of 22:57.59 (43rd) at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Oct. 27) before crossing the line in 23:25.04 (167th) at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 9)...also added times of 18:40.8 (17th) and 22:56 (178th) at the John McNichols Invitational (Sept. 15) and Penn State National (Oct. 12), respectively.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in six meets for Akron, including placing 14th in the 10,000 meters at the Mid-American Conference Championships (5/10) with a season-best time of 37:05.56...finished third in the 3,000 meters at the Northeast Ohio Quad (4/7) crossing the line in 10:31.86...ran season-best times of 4:44.37 and 17:40.27 in the 1,500 and 5,000 meters at the Campbell/Wright Invitational (5/5) and Jesse Owens Classic (4/20).

2018 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Zips...won the 3,000 meters with a time of 10:23.89 at the Akron Pole Vault Convention (Jan. 7)...ran a season-best time of 10:13.02 in the 3,000 meters at the Kentucky Invitational (Jan. 13)...finished fourth in the 5,000 meters in a season-best effort of 17:59.47 at the Akron Invitational (Feb. 2)...placed fifth in the mile (5:25.65) at the Kent State Dual (Jan. 19).
