as a Junior (2008-09): Played in all 36 games, including starts in 10-straight contests from Nov. 30-Jan. 13 ... 36 games played tied six other players for most in a season in program history and also tied for the most by an Akron junior ... logged double-figure minutes in each of those starts and in 27 games total ... had a career-high 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds in 28 minutes versus St. Francis (N.Y.) (Dec. 28) ... had 10 points and eight rebounds in 28 minutes against Dayton (Dec. 6) ... pulled down a personal best 10 boards to go with eight points at Rhode Island (Jan. 3) ... that was one of 10 games in which he snagged five or more rebounds ... had six or more boards on seven occasions ... tied a career-high in assists, with four against NC A&T (Dec. 13).

as a Redshirt-Freshman (2006-07): Played in 32 games ... starter in the final six contests of the season, with three of those being MAC tournament games ... received the starting nod in those games as a fill-in for regular starter Nate Linhart, who was out of the rotation with a broken left thumb ... logged double-figure minutes in 13 games, including in his first four starts ... played a then career-long 18 minutes versus St. Francis (Pa.) at National Christian Academy: Spent his senior year of high school at National Christian Academy in Baltimore, Md. ... led the team in scoring with 24 points-per-game, and also averaged six rebounds-per-game and six assists-per-game ... competed for two all-star teams during the summer after his senior season ... played for the Baltimore All-Stars in the Charm City Challenge and was also a member of the District All-Stars ... attended Southern Maryland Christian Academy during his junior year, and led the squad in scoring with 17 ppg to go with 6 rpg and 4 apg.
