Akron gained 478 yards of total offense and scored five touchdowns as Dennis Kennedy rushed for 153 yards and Chris Jacquemain threw three TDs and 226 yards ... Helped pave the way for All-MAC running back Kennedy’s record-setting performance, scoring a UA record 110 points (18 TDs and a 2-pt conversion) and rushing for 1,321 yards — the most for a UA back in the he Division I era (third on the UA single-season list all time) ... Also helped the UA offense improve in the NCAA in rushing offense (90th to 45th), passing offense (100th to 46th) and total offense (111th to 40th) ... Also, the Zips’ offensive line only allowed 1.5 sacks per game, 33rd-best in the NCAA ... However, when you exclude teams that primarily run the ball, the Zips ranked among the top 15 nationally in protecting the quarterback.
Sophomore (2007): Played in all 12 contests, starting 11 and serving as the regular right guard … Was part of a young offensive line unit that featured four new starters and three players with a combined two games experience (all by Anderson) … Helped the Zips rush for an average of 127.8 yards per game, the best season total during the J.D. Brookhart era … While the Zips did not have a 1,000-yard rusher, Bryan Williams and Alex Allen combined for 1,148 yards and averaged 4.5 yards per carry.
Redshirt Freshman (2006): Saw action as a back-up guard in the North Texas and Buffalo games.
Freshman (2005): Redshirted.

Ranked among the top 50 prospects in the state and the 44th-ranked offensive tackle in the nation by Rivals.com ... Earned first-team All-Delaware Valley and first-team All-Delaware County on offense and defense as both a junior and senior ... Named a first-team All-Eastern Pa. by Football.com in 2004 ... A second-team All-Southeastern Pennsylvania choice along the offensive line as a senior, helping the Bucs secure the Delaware Valley Championship with an 11-3 record ... Threw the shot put and discus on the track team ... Coached by Steve Lennox.
