PRIOR TO AKRON: Three-year letterwinner for coach Matt Kostelnik at Avon Lake HS...All-State selection...two-time All-Southwestern Conference, two-time All-County and All-District pick...2018 Conference Lineman of the Year ...started 32 games...team went 10-2 his senior season...selected for the North-South All-Star Game.

PERSONAL: Majoring in marketing...son of Ted and Leanne Beckman...has two sisters– Maddie and Libby...father played football at Fairmont State.
