As a Senior (2017): Played in nine games with four starts at center … in the win over Ohio, helped the Zips to 443 yards of total offense and four passing touchdowns while securing Akron’s top spot in the MAC East … saw action on the kickoff return unit against the Bobcats … while he was supposed to block, the senior actually made an eight-yard return, his first … the offensive line provided perfect protection in the win over Arkansas Pine Bluff, helping UA to 267 rushing yards and five touchdowns … named to the 2017 Rimington Trophy Watch List … lettered.

As a Junior (2016): Started 11 games at center … missed the game at Ball State with an injury … recipient of the John Heisman Award … o-line provided perfect protection in the wins over Miami (Ohio) and Ball State … second-most experienced lineman … lettered.

As a Sophomore (2015): Moved to tight end during the season and changed to jersey #33 … played in all 13 games with three starts at tight end … moved to tight end during third game (against Savannah State) … also played on the field goal and punt units … lettered.
