College: Played for coach Clay Patterson for two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College … helped team to a 9-3 record and an appearance in the inaugural Midwest Classic Bowl as a sophomore in 2017 … helped the Golden Norsemen to 254.8 rushing yards per game.

High School: Played tackle on both sides of the ball for coach Jeff Myers at Kingfisher HS … as a senior, had 45 tackles, including 11 solo stops, an interception, and a touchdown … played basketball ... also participated in track and field in the shot put and discus events.

Personal: Born December 2, 1997 … parents are Jeff and Marette Forman and Christy Forman … has two brothers– Jansen and Carter– and two sisters– Madison and Madeline … business major.
