PRIOR TO AKRON: A defensive back from Pittsburgh, Pa., was a three-year letterwinner at Penn Hills High School under head coach Jon Ledonne...a two-time first-team All-Conference selection, he helped guide his squad to a 34-6 overall record his final three prep campaigns, including capturing a Pennsylvania 5A state title as a sophomore in 2018...also competed in track.
PERSONAL: Majoring in multidisciplinary studies...son of Don Pollard and Debbie Caldwell.
