Redshirt Junior (2007): Played in the first 10 games of the season, missing the final two due to injury suffered during the Ohio win ... Prior to the injury, started five straight games ... For the year, caught 14 passes for 159 yards and his average of 11.4 yards per catch was second-best on the squad ... Started one of the top plays in college football during 2007 ... Fielded the free kick at Western Michigan on the Akron 11, made some nice moves to get to the Akron 22 before he pitched the ball to Andre Jones, who would take it the final 78 yards as time expired for the Zips’ 39-38 win ... Caught 13 passes for 149 yards and TD over the five-game that he started (only had one reception for nine yards in the first five games) ... Caught his first career pass with the Zips, a nine yarder, versus Kent State ... Got his first start at Western Michigan and responded with an impressive game ... Caught three passes for 58 yards, including a 44 yarder, at WMU ... Started at wideout again versus Temple and caught three passes for 41 yards, including his first TD as a Zip ... His 1,205 receiving yards in just two seasons at Malone ranked fourth on the school’s all-time list ... Caught 19 TDs in two years, ranking third on the school’s all-time list ... In 2005: Played in all 10 games with seven starts ... Led the team with 43 receptions for 572 yards ... Additionally paced the squad with nine touchdowns ...
