2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for the Zips...helped Akron to its first-ever MAC Championship (Oct. 28) running the 8K course in a season-best time of 25:56.79...traversed the 10K course at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in a time of 34:10.1.

PRIOR TO AKRON: A four-year letterwinner at Rocky River High School...captured all-state honors in track and field as a senior...a two-time all-conference selection in cross country, including all-district accolades as a senior...twice collected all-conference, all-district and all-region honors in track and field...holds school records in the 800 meters and as part of the 4x800 relay...helped track and field squad capture conference title as a senior.
