2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for the Zips...crossed the line in 22:19.98 in the 6K at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28)...registered a time of 22:56.3 in the 8K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10).

PRIOR TO AKRON: A four-year letterwinner at Shelby High School...a three-time All-Ohio selection in track and field, while being tabbed All-Ohio in cross country as a junior and senior...a six-time conference champion...helped squad capture four league titles, including a district crown in cross country as a senior...member of state qualifying cross country team as a junior...owns school records in the 1,600 and 5K.
