2024 OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets for Akron...registered a season-best time of 19:23.99 in the 5,000 meters at the Jesse Owens Classic (April 19)...recorded a season-best performance of 5:01.65 in the 1,500 meters at the Tiffin Track Carnival (April 13).

2024 INDOOR: Competed in four meets for Akron...recorded a season-best time of 5:23.88 in the mile at the Jud Logan Memorial (Jan. 13)...added season-best times of 10:58.42 and 19:34.21, respectively, in the 3,000 and 5,000 meters at the Akron-Kent State Dual (Jan. 19) and Akron Invitational (Feb. 2).

2023 OUTDOOR: Competed in six meets for the Zips...raced in the 10,000 meters at the MAC Championships...recorded season-best time of 18:29.09 in 5,000 meters at WVU Last Chance Meet.

2023 INDOOR: Competed in six meets for the Zips...posted a season-best time of 5:19.13 in the mile at the Spire Indoor Games.

2022 CROSS COUNTRY: Appeared in all six races for Akron...posted a season-best 6K time of 23:26.7 at the MAC Championships...crossed the line in 23:42.2 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2022 OUTDOOR: Competed in five meets for the Zips...placed fourth in the 5,000 meters at the West Virginia Last Chance Meet (May 7) in a season-best time of 18:40.40...added season-best times of 4:26.94 and 11:11.49, respectively, in the 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters at Bryan Clay Invitational (April 15) and Northeast Ohio Tri-Meet (April 2).
