AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron
Alumni Association and Zips Athletics have partnered to offer all
UA graduates an all-sport season ticket package for 2014-15.
"We have 90,000 alumni within 90 minutes of campus and we know
that many of them have a passion for Zips Athletics," UA Director
of Athletics Tom Wistrcill said. "We have seen an increase
in student attendance at athletics events in recent years, and want
that group to stay connected with the University by coming to games
after they graduate. These special price points provide a great way
to do so."
The Alumni All-Sport Package costs $175 (valued at $505) and
includes the following:
• Football Reserved season ticket ($120 value)
• Football parking – South campus parking deck ($30

• Men’s soccer General Admission season ticket –
includes exclusive soccer scarf ($75 value)
• Men’s basketball General Admission season ticket ($75

connected to the University through its sports teams," UA Director
of Alumni Relations and Student Engagement Courtney Gonser said.
