"Trivia Night A to Z" Registration Form
AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron Department of
Athletics will hold its second-annual "Trivia Night A to Z" on
Saturday, May 18 at 6 p.m. inside James A. Rhodes Arena.
Join Zips celebrities for a night of music, food, drinks and
exciting trivia, while raising money for UA Athletics. The entry
fee is $50 per person or $400 for a table of eight participants.
Individual entrants can team up or combine as small groups to form
a full team.
2013 "Trivia Night A to Z" Registration Form
Those interested in attending should RSVP to Alexa Doutt, Director
of the Z-Fund, at (330) 972-2695 or via email.
Eight rounds with 10 questions each of trivia will be conducted,
with categories ranging from history to movies to geography and
more. Questions will range in degree of difficulty, helping
everyone stay involved. During each round, a UA celebrity will join
each team to lend a hand with their answers.
Team scores will be tabulated, posted and announced after each
round by emcee Keith Kennedy from the 98.1 WKDD morning show. Grand
prizes will be awarded to the top five teams.
Prizes will include:
• Invitation to the Director of Athletics Suite for a 2013
home football game
• Football pre-game tailgate party in the Stile Athletics
Field House Indoor Golf Facility with the UA head men's and women's
golf coaches
• Run out of the tunnel with the football team before a 2013
home football game
• Dinner with the Zips head coach of your choice
• Be an honorary coach for one home football game of your
choice
