Zips' Cheer and Dance Teams Post Top-10 Finishes at Nationals

AKRON, Ohio – The Akron Zips cheer and dance teams posted high marks recently at the National Cheerleaders Association (NCA)/National Dance Alliance (NDA) Collegiate National Championships in Daytona Beach, Fla.
The Zips cheerleaders placed second in the Challenge Cup and 10th in the nation in the Intermediate Division while the Akron dance team finished sixth in the Challenge Cup and 10th in the nation in the Team Dance 1A Division.
Congrats to both teams on a great performance this season.
