COACHES VS. CANCER
On Oct. 3, the Men's Basketball head coaches from Northeast Ohio's
Division I schools (Keith Dambrot from Akron, Rob Senderoff from
Kent State, Jerry Slocum from Youngstown State and Gary Waters from
Cleveland State) will once again team up with the American Cancer
Society to put on the Second Annual Northeast Ohio Coaches vs. Cancer
Tip-off reception.
The event was held in Akron last year and we had a great turnout.
This year's program is being hosted by Youngstown State at Mr.
Anthony's, located at 7440 South Avenue in Boardman, Ohio. The
event will begin at 6 p.m., with a VIP meet and greet with the
coaches and special guest Jim Tressel. For tickets and information,
visit www.cvcnortheastohio.org or contact Kristy
Kalnitzky at (888) 227-6446, ext. 1220 or Kristy.Kalnitzky@cancer.org.
