2022 OUTDOOR: Competed in a trio of meets for the Zips in the 5,000 meters...recorded a season-best time of 18:20.78 in the 5,000 meters at the Clarke Wood Invitational (April 29).

2022 INDOOR: Competed in five meets for Akron...member of DMR relay squad at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 25) that crossed the line in 12:35.39...tallied season-best time of 10:27.02 in 3,000 meters at Akron Invitational (Feb. 5).

2022 INDOOR ACCOLADES: Academic All-MAC honoree.

2021 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five races for Akron, including a time of 22:31.0 at the Mid-American Conference Championships...recorded a season-best time of 22:25.3 in the 6K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional...added a 5K time of 18:33.8 at the Joe Piane Invitational, while adding a 23:59.91 effort in the 6K at the Falcon Invitational.
