As a Senior (2015-16): (Fall) Went 4-4 in singles and 3-4 in doubles with partners Shannon Newnes, Luisa Echeverry and Ariadna Blinova…won two of three matches played at the Akron Shootout as well as at the Akron Invitational.
As a Junior (2014-15): (Fall) Went 2-4 in singles and 4-4 in doubles with partner Karalina Maksimava...won two of three matches played at the Akron Shootout...won her second round match at the 2014 USTA/ITA Midwest Regionals claiming a 6-2, 6-2 win over IPFW's Sofia Soforkina…won her first doubles match at the USTA/ITA Midwest Regionals with Maksimava taking an 8-6 victory over Eastern Illinois' Ali Foster and Hannah Kimbrough…(Spring) went 5-15 in singles and 10-10 in doubles...captured two dual matches in the same day, beating Kylie Haviland of Butler at No. 2, 6-2, 1-6, 7-6 (7) and Cary Milanes of Valparaiso at No. 3, 6-1, 6-4...posted an 8-7 doubles record with freshman Sophia Geier, which included a 2-3 mark in MAC play and 7-6 record at No. 1…recorded a three-match winning streak alongside both Maksimava and Geier.
As a Sophomore (2013-14): Went 10-18 in singles and 12-17 in doubles overall…in her sophomore debut, Zerbola opened up the season beating Lehigh's Jenai Bilimoria 5-7, 6-0, 1-0 (8) and Cleveland State's Lauren Golick 6-4, 6-2, in flight A singles at the Cornell Invitational but was forced to pull out of her semifinal contest due to injury…started the spring season with six consecutive doubles victories and three straight singles wins…registered Akron’s lone victory against Eastern Michigan with a last-match-on-court 7-6 (2), 6-7 (2), 1-0 (3) win at No. 4 singles over Mariya Toncheva…partnered with Karalina Maksimava for big doubles victories over Butler and Mid-American Conference foe Northern Illinois.
As a Freshman (2012-13): Sat out the 2012-13 season due to NCAA guidelines related to delayed enrollment.
Personal: Born January 9, 1993 in Neuquen, Argentina...daughter of Martin Zerbola and Elsa Rios...has a older sister, Lucia…accounting major.
