AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Akron women's swimming and diving team competed in its final two events on the last day of the 2019 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas.
"It was an honor representing The University of Akron at the NCAA Championships this year," said sixth-year head coach Brian Peresie. "This has been a memorable season and each person played a vital role in our successes. I could not be more proud of every person on our team"
Sophomore Paulina Nogaj (Radom, Poland) competed in her second individual event of the meet, the 200 butterfly. She finished 43rd in a time of 1:58.55.
