USTFCCCA MEN'S NATIONAL RATING INDEX (3/18) | USTFCCCA WOMEN'S NATIONAL RATING INDEX (3/18)
AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron men's track and field squad enters its 2019 outdoor campaign ranked No. 33 in the Preseason Championship United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association NCAA Division I Division I Men's Outdoor Track & Field National Rating Index released this week.
Akron is the top-rated Mid-American Conference team ranked in the men's and women's national polls with the Zips' women's squad checking in at No. 47.
Akron opens its spring campaign this weekend traveling to San Antonio, Texas, to compete in the Roadrunner Invitational hosted by the University of Texas at San Antonio on Friday and Saturday, March 23-24.
