TORRANCE, Calif. – The University of Akron women's 4x100 relay squad of seniors Ariadna Ramos Gandia (Barcelona, Spain), Daziah Green (Canton, Ohio) and Stephanie Hale (Cleveland, Ohio) and junior Dara Perry (Akron, Ohio) posted a time of 45.89 to finish third and headline the Zips' performances at the Mt. Sac Relays on Friday, April 20.

Green registered times of 54.69 and 24.21 to finish 12th and 14th, respectively, in the women's 400 and 200 meters.

Sophomore Iman Batiste (Dublin, Ohio) recorded a season-best time of 61.73 to place 11th in the women's 400-meter hurdles.

Redshirt freshman Patrick Kimball (Pittsburgh, Ohio) posted a career-best time of 14.56 to place 12th in the men's 110-meter hurdles.

The men's 4x400 relay of seniors Jamir Coleman (Lima, Ohio) and Taron Slone (Columbus, Ohio), redshirt junior Milton Greer (Copley, Ohio) and redshirt freshman Matt Blamble (Wadsworth, Ohio) crossed the line in 3:19.93 to earn an eighth-place showing.

Competition concludes for the Zips at the Mt. Sac Relays on Saturday, April 21.
