SEASON TICKETS
AKRON, Ohio — The Zips' Trip to Akron football's season opener at Penn State on Saturday, Sept. 2, is officially SOLD OUT. Kickoff is set for Noon on ABC.
Under the guidance of sixth-year head coach Terry Bowden, Akron returns 57 letterwinners, including 15 starters, to its spread offense and 4-3 defense. The Zips host Arkansas Pine Bluff in the home opener on Saturday, Sept. 9, at 6:30 p.m. on ESPN3.
Season ticket plans—which include a ticket to all six home games as well as a parking pass—start at only $60 each. Renewals (for current season ticket holders) and new seats are now available for purchase by calling 1-888-99-AKRON (25766) or visiting The C.P. and Cornelia S. Chima Athletics Ticket Office at InfoCision Stadium - Summa Field (located at 375 E. Exchange Street, near Gate 1 at the southwest corner of the venue, at the corner of E. Exchange and S. Union streets) during business hours (Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
Group tickets start at $10 each (with a minimum of 15 people).
Single-game tickets are on sale now.
