Akron honored by NSCAA as College Team Academic Award Winners

November 27 | Men's Soccer

AKRON, Ohio - The Akron men's and women's soccer teams were recognized for their academic success by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) as College Team Academic Award winners.

The Zips were one of 195 schools across all divisions to have both its men's and women's soccer programs recognized. The women's team posted a 3.59 GPA for the 2013-14 academic year, while the men earned a 3.13 GPA.
