AKRON, Ohio – The University of Akron men's basketball team will play host to the Seventh-Annual Teddy Bear Toss during its home contest with Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Tuesday, Dec. 18, at James A. Rhodes Arena.
Fans are encouraged to bring a teddy bear or any other stuffed animal to the game, which is set for an 8 p.m. ET tip-off, and will follow the women's game against nationally-ranked Dayton (5:30 p.m. tip).
During halftime of the men's game, fans will be asked to throw their stuffed animals onto the court for collection. The collected toys will be donated to underprivileged children and distributed by the University of Akron Police Department.
Season ticket holders for both men's and women's basketball will be admitted to the game. Fans can purchase single-game men's basketball tickets, which will provide admission to both contests.

Chima Athletics Ticket Office at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field (located at 375 E. Exchange Street, near Gate 1 at the southwest corner of the venue, at the intersection of E. Exchange and S. Union streets), Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
