Baseball Announces Schedule Change for Fall World Series

AKRON, Ohio – The Akron baseball program and head coach Rick Rembielak have announced a schedule change for one of the remaining games in the Blue-Gold intrasquad fall world series. Game four, originally scheduled for Thursday, October 18, will now be played on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 3:15 p.m. at Lee R. Jackson Baseball Field.

Tuesday's (Oct. 16) game three will be played as scheduled at 3:15 p.m. and Friday's (Oct. 19) series finale will also remain as scheduled at 3:15 p.m.

The series is tied at 1-1 after two games as the Blue won game one, 8-2, and the Gold came back with a 10-0 victory in game two.
