Tickets on Sale Now For Saturday's NCAA Tournament Match

General admission tickets for Saturday's NCAA quarterfinal match
between the third-seeded University of Akron men's soccer team and
sixth-seeded California are currently on sale. The Zips and Golden
Bears will kick off at 4 p.m. (ET) at Lee R. Jackson Soccer Field
in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.
With another big crowd expected, fans are encouraged to purchase
their tickets in advance. To guarantee admission, fans can make
their purchase online via the ticketing page on GoZips.com, on the phone at
1-888-99-AKRON (25766) or in-person at the Akron
Athletics Ticket Office at InfoCision Stadium-Summa Field (located
at 375 E. Exchange Street, near Gate 1 at the southwest corner of
the venue, at the intersection of E. Exchange and S. Union
streets), Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Zips (20-1-1), who have been defeated just once during the
regular run of play in their last 47 matches, are competing for the
school's first team national championship in any sport. Akron is
unbeaten in its last 38 home games (37-0-1), dating back to the
2008 season, and will have the opportunity to match the NCAA record
by advancing Saturday.
