Parking Advisory for Athletics Events Saturday

With three sporting events scheduled on campus Saturday, The
University of Akron Department of Athletics wants fans to be aware
of the best parking option for the game and venue they will be
attending.
The Zips women's basketball team will host Wright State at James A.
Rhodes Arena at 2 p.m. before the men's soccer team hosts
California in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament at 4 p.m. at
Lee R. Jackson Soccer Field. All the while, the UA swimming and
diving team will be hosting Day Two of the Zippy Invitational at
Ocasek Natatorium.
Fans who will be attending the women's basketball game are
encouraged to park in the lots closest to Rhodes Arena (Lots 2 and
13) while fans interested in attending the Zippy Invitational
should park in Lots 8 and 10 (along Carroll Street) - just east of
Ocasek Natatorium - and the East Parking Deck on the corner of
Spicer and Carroll.
Men's soccer fans should continue to park in the lot closest to Lee
R. Jackson Soccer Field, the South Campus Parking Deck, located off
Exchange Street.
