AKRON, Ohio –

The University of Akron baseball team will hold a meeting for prospective walk-on players at Lee Jackson Field on Tuesday, August 26th starting at 2 p.m.

All eligible UA students interested in competing for a roster spot on the 2008-09 team must attend. No baseball equipment is necessary for the meeting.
