Akron Eliminated from Play After Round One

Akron, Ohio - The University of Akron men's golf team was eliminated from team play at the MAC/Big East Challege today after Drew Davidson and Vaughn Snyder had scorecard violations following round one.
The Zips three remaining players, Colin Clemente, Ryan Gutowski and Jacob Patte will finish the event playing as individuals.
Due to inclement weather, round two wasn't completed and will resume tomorrow at 7:20 a.m. The third and final round will be played directly after.
