2022 INDOOR: Competed in four meets for the Zips...placed second in the mile at the Mid-American Conference Championships (Feb. 26) in a time of 4:51.98, while finishing third in the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 9:41.59...recorded season-best time of 4:51.72 in mile at Sykes-Sabock Open (Jan. 29)...member of school-record DMR at Akron Invitational (Feb. 4) crossing the line in 11:33.91.
2022 INDOOR ACCOLADES: Second-Team All-MAC (mile)...Academic All-MAC honoree.
2021 CROSS COUNTRY: Garnered First-Team All-Mid-American Conference accolades placing sixth at the MAC Championships crossing the line in a time of 21.10.1...recorded a season-best 6K time of 20:54.3 en route to placing a team-best 44th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional...took the title in the 6K at the All-Ohio Championships in a time of 21:31.1, while placing second in the 5K in a time of 17:69.6 at the Tommy Evans Invitational...tallied a 6K time of 23:07.26 at the Falcon Invitational.
