• Was a first-team All-MAC Selection in cross country
• Finished fourth overall at the MAC Championship with a markof 27:57.10.
• Named cross country team MVP.
• Was UA top finisher in every meet during the cross countryseason.

as a Sophomore (2006):
• Finished eighth (8:38.68) in the 3,000 meters at the MACIndoor Championships. Also had a PR of 15:14.02 in the 5,000meters, finishing ninth.
• Posted a career-best 4:24.00 in the mile at the Kent Statedual meet.

as a Freshman (2005):
• Had an indoor personal-best 9:01.13 in the 3000 meters atthe Skip Summerville Invite, finishing 10th.
• Clocked an indoor PR of 15:39.57 in the 5000m at the AkronOpen, finishing 18th.

at Edgewood High School:
